INTRODUCTION

In 2024, a terrorist’s dirty-bomb exploded in Turkey, killing over 1,000 Muslims. This singular event so rattled the world that a "final solution" of sorts was enacted: a worldwide clampdown against any form of radical Islamic terrorists. In its wake came a new surge of Christian fundamentalism.

On November 6, 2026, the World Council for Christian Reformation (WCCR) held a massive conference in St. Louis, Missouri. Patricia Johnson's father, a Missouri-based major evangelist and popular published author, was one of the leaders of the WCCR. (He died of natural causes in 2058.)

Also at the WCCR Conference was 29-year-old Ryan Wescott, a devout follower of Rev. Johnson. Wescott was a narcissist with a borderline God-complex about himself. Unhappy with the less-than-radical approach of the WCCR, Wescott formed his own extremist group: the Ecumenical Order of the Nazarene (EON).

Wescott was convinced God had ordered EON to:

1. Assume leadership for the whole of the WCCR movement;

2. Turn the United States into an entirely Christian nation, the United States for Christ;

3. Use the power of the United States for Christ military to crush the Catholic faith, bring the Jews to heel, and eliminate the Islamic faith entirely; and

4. Establish Mars as a Christian World.

(After Wescott's death in 2064, it was discovered that Wescott and his early allies caused the dirty-bomb to go off in Turkey.)

By 2030, the main risk for losing Mars was ongoing and aggressive Chinese efforts there. Thus EON began supporting the new American space and defense technology company, CIEX that was marginally ahead of the Chinese, and EON promoted a strong anti-Chinese ideology. Those efforts began to pay off with large amounts of funding coming to EON through CIEX — all while CIEX maintained their lead on the Chinese in the heated Mars race.

The first big test to Wescott's master plan came in the form of EON leading Missouri to declare itself a Christian state and change its name to Nazarene — an effort that became mired in the courts. (In fact it wasn't till 2052 that it actually occurred.)

By 2033, Wescott reassessed his strategies. He had already grown exceptionally wealthy, and was certainly gaining power within the radical Christian movement, but he was far from achieving what God commanded of him. He saw the primary obstacles to his plans were: short-term thinking and an American population not fearful enough of an unseen, spiritual presence sufficient to support Constitutional change. In brief, Wescott needed the American people to feel a greater degree of fear over a longer period of time.

To create the environment for the latter, Wescott didn't want just destabilization, but wholesale hysteria in the Nation. More terrorism wasn't the only thing that was needed, in Wescott's mind — he wanted a shocking blow to the very fabric of the population's psychologies — a threat to their place in the Universe — a blow to their sense of self-determination. Self-will had become the new religion of the American people — thus Wescott believed the core sense of it must be destroyed.

In May of 2033, Wescott developed his long-term master plan, or as he called it, his Grand Opera: LE POREM (The name is taken from Wescott's mangled Latin translation of the word "charm", as in the phrase: "Third time's a charm.")

Over the next 30 years, between 2033 and 2061, EON grew in power, launching the Nazarene State and bringing the United States to the cusp of a second civil war.

WESCOTT'S GRAND OPERA: "LE POREM"

In 2033, Wescott identified an extraordinarily unique opportunity would arise in 30 years — a possibility to repeat for a third time the assassination of the President along very aligned circumstances. If Wescott could pull off, in the 2060s — an assassination matching that of Kennedy 100 years earlier, and Lincoln 200 years earlier — then Wescott believed the American people would lose faith in their self-reliance and flock back to the faith.

At that point some of Wescott's allies abandoned him, thinking he had gone mad with this crazy idea — something they believed could never be achieved. But those abandonments only made Wescott's idea grow stronger in his mind, and him more resolute in its achievement. Soon thereafter, Wescott and a few others dedicated their lives to LE POREM — they knew they'd be in their 60s and 70s by the time the 5th Act, the grand finale, was to occur.

LE POREM would scare the inconspicuous so completely as to destroy their sense of self-will. The population would then know that conspiracies were not only real, but bigger than humanity could grasp — only God was powerful enough to deal with them. Indeed the aligned circumstances of Lincoln's and Kennedy's assassinations — occurring twice, a century apart — had long been considered a spooky coincidence. But for those same events to now happen a third time — exactly another century later — would mean there were much bigger forces at play, forces that could span hundreds of years — and thus those forces must be supernatural.

The key would be to make any orchestration of the events extremely inconspicuous and subsequently undetectable. Wescott knew they needed to begin right away to get the correct elements in place. Wescott narrowed the various coincidences (that he would be recreating for a third time) down to the following 5 elements, or "Acts" as he called them:

1. The President sworn-in in 2061 must have seven letters in his last name, and must have first entered Congress in 2046.

2. The Vice President must be named Johnson, and must have been born in 2008.

3. One of the President's children must die while the President is in office.

4. The assumed assassin must be a young, Southern man with 15 letters in his full name, and be killed before he can be tried.

5. The President must be assassinated by being shot in the head while sitting next to his wife on a Friday.

LE POREM Act 1:  Creating a Seven Letter President

Basics

• It wouldn't matter the age of the 2060s President, except he would need to be old enough to have been elected to Congress in 2046, and young enough to be elected President in 2060.

• So if he was 30 to 50 years old when elected in Congress in 2046, he would need to be born between 1996 and 2016.

• Thus, in 2033, when EON started this work, they knew their Seven Letter President was between 17 and 37 years old at that time.

• They found 481 million men with seven letter last names in that age range.

• They ran algorithms narrowing that to 500,000 possibilities, and watched for money, anything political.

• By 2040, EON had it narrowed to 10,000 possibilities. They picked 18 of them and got them all elected to Congress in 2046.

• They then had 18 possible Presidential candidates brewing for the 2060 election, 14 years away.

CHEN MENGSEI

• EON never had Chen Mengsei on their radar — though Mengsei was an American citizen, he was Chinese, and EON's anti-Chinese ideology ruled out a possible Chinese American President — thus the algorithms were designed to exclude men like Mengsei.

• It was just a coincidence that Mengsei was elected to Congress in 2046 — and had a seven letter last name.

• Wescott took note of Congressman Mengsei in 2050, after a new hero statue was erected of Mengsei at CIEX headquarters in Boston. Wescott also took note that Mengsei had just had a second child that year — a son.

• Wescott didn't like it that Mengsei might be the President — eventually Wescott decided Mengsei was ideal — no one would think EON would promote a Chinese American President — Besides, they planned to kill Mengsei anyway.

LE POREM Act 2:  Creating Vice President Johnson

LE POREM Act 3:  Killing the President's Child

Basics

• This was one of two "Acts" that Wescott couldn't plan for in advance — the other being the actual killing of the President.

• Wescott called this Act Operation Isaac, named after God telling Abraham to sacrifice his son, Isaac.

• In 2060, when Chen Mengsei was elected, Wescott saw an opportunity — CIEX's bio-chemical, digital-lithium (D-L) was being installed in the White House for protection against BWS capture and tracking. But there was already a lot of public health risk concerns due to being exposed to the material for lengths of time.

• Thus EON designed the boy's death to appear to be caused by the D-L exposure in the White House. (Assuming the chemical cause of his death was ever discovered.) And EON doubted anyone would ever find the injection spot.

• The killer was chosen by Wescott — his romantic partner and EON devotee, Tassima Milovitz. Wescott got Vice President Johnson to be sure that Wescott and his date (Tassima) were invited to the Inauguration Ball. (To the best of knowledge at the time of this writing — 2065 — President Johnson had no knowledge of Wescott's plans.)

• At the Ball, Tassima injected the boy in passing, using an undetectable, micro-injector that was embedded within the muscle tissue of her thigh.

  • When Tassima flexed her leg in a certain manner, the device triggered and shot a micro-needle two inches out, through the fabric of her dress, and then retracted it back into itself, all within in a hundredth of a second. Tassima needed only to bump into the boy to kill him.

  • The area of the device in Tassima's leg was specially treated so that Tassima would not accidentally poison herself. (Wescott particularly fretted over this detail.)

• Just in case an injection was later suspected, Wescott designed the hit to be clouded with conflicting information:

  • Some exact-replica android bees (often called cyberbees) were flown in and then out of the ballroom (their similarity with cyberbees found in the apartment of Paul Saltier was just coincidence, but it is now believed that an EON operative dipped the stinger of Paul's cyberbees in the D-L toxin); and

  • Knowing there would be many military at the Ball in the long coats of their dress-blues, Wescott made sure Tassima was also wearing dark blue. In addition, and just for the irony of it, he had his inside man, Wes Orman (White House Chief of Staff, then FBI Exec Assist Dir, and later revealed as a traitor) insist that Orman's wife, Angela Derasmo (Director of the Secret Service) also wore a dark navy dress. (It is unknown if Orman knew the reason for the request, at the time.) The fact that CIEX's CEO, Donna Karper also wore a dark blue dress to the Inaugural Ball was just a coincidence that surely pleased both Wescott and Tassima.

CIEX's Involvement

• If D-L got blamed, as it was designed to, then that would economically hurt CIEX — thus be bad for EON. But that was part of the plan — that would lead any investigation further away from EON — it was well known that EON was a major shareholder in CIEX.

• There is no evidence that Wescott knew at the time the truth about the Lunalpha Disaster, or that Rose was suffering from deep guilt and PTSD, or that Rose was collecting the evidence-bearing helmets that Rose had left on the Moon.

LE POREM Act 4:  Creating the 15 Letters Man

Basics

• In 2033, at the outset of LE POREM, Wescott knew he would need a Southern man with 15 Letters in name, under 30 preferably, to be available to take the blame — in 30 years — and then EON would need to kill the man quickly.

• For this "Act" of LE POREM, Wescott waited until 2040 to begin work.

• In 2040, EON's algorithms gave Wescott over 5,000,000 possible boys with 15 letters in their registered (birth certificate) names.

• He figured that he would need three patsys (15s) in each of the ten major cities in America — on standby for when an opportunity to assassinate the President arose. (Within 48 hours of the hit happening, Wescott would narrow the unaware 15s to the perfect one. Thus he needed thirty 15 Letters Men to unknowingly be on "patsy stand-by".)

• There was little EON could do on this for the next 20 years, so they continued to collect data and narrow their list.

• By 2060, EON had their 30 young men, three in each major city.

• All were tracked 24/7 using each 15's own BWS, which EON had captured and were tracking using CIEX blimps.

2060: POPULAR MASS CONSPIRACIES ARISE

LE POREM Act 5:  Shooting the President in the Head on a Friday beside his Wife

• Once the death of President Mengsei's son's was determined to be murder, the Secret Service redoubled their protection detail on President Mengsei.

• Special care was given to avoiding President Mengsei being public — especially with him being next to his wife — on a Friday.

• There were several opportunities that Wescott probably determined to be ideal for killing President Mengsei, but the only known two were the attempt on Good Friday in Chicago in 2062, and at the President's review of the San Francisco earthquake damage, in 2063.

• It is unknown if Wescott ever met or was aware of Ben — the would-be shooter of the President in San Francisco — also a 15.

• How those two attempts were made is already a matter of public record.
